Finally, Mario has made his way back on the scene, thanks to Wii's new super Mario game creation. This won't take long, I am going to get straight to the point and tell you that the first thing you will notice about this new game, is the great new look it has. Old school gamers will be happy to discover that everything from the original version of Super Mario Bros is included in this excellently revamped game. The music that has been remixed from the original Nintendo version is absolutely ingenious. Also, the new multi-player feature added to this game is absolutely incredible! And, if all that still isn't enough to convince you that this game is a must have, the new levels that have been added are some that you've never seen before.
I know that all of this can be a bit overwhelming so let me sum up all of the important points that make this game so great.
New Super Mario Bros Pro's:
1. Fun for the whole family.
2. Great game for a party.
3. The gameplay is incredible.
4. Controls are extremely simple and easy to learn.
5. Kids are GUARANTEED to love this game!
6. The game goes on and on for ages.
7. Excellent gift idea.
8. Multi-player feature is an awesome addition.
9. Begins simple and progressively gets more difficult.
10. New powerup options.
11. The timeless Mario magic is ever present.
12. Definitely the Game of the Year!
And now for the very few Con's:
1. You do have the ability to ride the Yoshi, but your options are a bit limited.
2. As the game gets progressively harder, there may be a bit of cursing involved (by you, not the game)...
3. It may be a bit too hard for really young children.
4. It can get a bit frustrating at times.
Overall, this game is an outstanding choice for anyone from the age range of 3 to infinity. It is definitely an incredible gift idea that will make anyone smile.
